Questions
-
We will pick up, deliver and install the new hot water tank. For old hot water tanks, we will also drain, clean and recycle them.
-
40 gallon — smaller size, common in condos or small homes; usually enough for 2 people.
50 gallon — the standard size for most houses; works well for 3–4 people.
60 gallon — larger tank, great for bigger families or high hot-water use; supports 4–6 people.
If you run out of hot water during showers, laundry, or dishwashing, their tank is likely too small.
We can assess your household size, water usage, and energy preferences to recommend the ideal tank—whether that’s 40, 50, 60 gallons or a high-efficiency alternative.
-
You’ll notice clear signs like rusty or discolored hot water, loud popping or banging sounds, water leaking from the base, or the tank struggling to maintain temperature. Most tanks last 8–12 years, so if yours is in that age range and showing symptoms, replacement is usually the safest and most cost-effective option.
Modern tanks heat water more efficiently, lose less heat while storing it, and operate safer than older models. Replacing an aging tank can reduce monthly energy costs and improve performance instantly.
-
Most installations take 2–3 hours, including removing the old unit, installing the new tank, connecting plumbing and venting, and ensuring everything is working safely before we leave.
-
Yes. We service, repair, and replace both gas and electric systems, ensuring they’re installed to code, vented properly, and operating efficiently.
